With this Jailbreak coming to a close now we have to congratulate all the teams who took part, they faced many and various difficulties but they all managed to get further than Diss.

The winners of this year's Jailbreak will be announced at Hearing Aid 2010 on the 16th of March in the Blue bar.

The winners will be a combination of distance gained this weekend and fund-raising raised for the charity.

David and Chris are heading home with a Irish-induced hangover.

Rosie and Matt are hitching back to Aberdeen so they can get a coach home.

Paolo is heading back to Norwich now with Joe stopping off to see his parents.

Suz and James are looking for a flight back now.

Haven't heard from Seth and Rob, who presumably will be taking a short Spanish holiday...i know i would.

Just got a call from David. They wrangled some guys to sing Journey with them. Def get some bonus miles for that.

Evening check in.

Chris and David are very drunk in Belfast in a bar called Feathers McGee. Don't worry they've already organised a hostel.

In Paris Paulo and Joe have settled in at a hostel for the night. Stu and Jake had a bit of a party but are now headed for Charles De Gaulle airport to kip for the night before flying out tomorrow.

Josh and Craig made at attempt to get to Luxembourg but were 'rejected'. They are now on their way back to Josh's friends house for the night.

Rosie and Matt managed to hitch to Inverness and are settled in for the night.

Rhian and James got to Edinburgh. They had planned to try and get to Manchester and catch a lift home with the UEA women's rugby team but managed to get a coach to London tonight.

Suzanne and James managed to get from the Italian border to Turin. Best known for The Italian Job. They are now searching for a hostel.

Josh and Craig are in Leuven, Belgium. They are stuck so have decided fruit beer and waffles are the order of the day - 190 Miles

Josh & Andrew are home so their greatest distance was 247 Miles.

Stu & Jake are looking for a way to get on a coach out of paris - 264 miles

Paulo and Joe are stuck in Paris. So they are going to come home. - 264 miles

Dave & Chris are 'working' the docks in Belfast. - 326 miles

Matt & Rosie are trying to hitch to Inverness- 389 Miles

Rhian & James were last heard of in Edinburgh - 293 Miles

Suz & James are just into Italy via the Frejus Tunnel. - Estimated 683 Miles

Rob & Seth got on the train to Perpignan - 691 Miles.

We have finally had word from Josh and Andrew who are unfortunately heading home after having absolutely no luck in Exeter.

Stu and Jake have gotten a lift from a love Gun's and Roses playing couple to Paris.

Rhian and James are still heading Edinburgh.

Dave and Chris are still on the ferry to Belfast.

Paulo and Joe are stuck in Paris. Which is where the winning team got to last year.

Josh and Craig have managed to win over the Belgian train conductors and have arrived in Brussles. They have now headed to the pub before they buy bribes and head home.

Rob and Seth still headed to Toulouse and Rosie and Matt are still on the way to Aberdeen.

Suzanne and James are headed for the Italian border from Albertville. They are trying to either hitch a ride or take a train down the E70 motorway.

Seems to be pretty quiet from the teams today. We discovered there were other Jailbreaks happening this weekend so the lack of help, might be contributing to the silence.

Rhian and James are on the train to Edinburgh. Hopefully some deep fried food will contribute to them traveling further. - 293 Miles

We have yet to hear from Josh and Andrew today...

...we are being optimistic, i advise you to be as well.

Wow, alot of movement throughout the night and early this morning.

Josh and Craig managed to get from Calais to Leuven, Belgium - 190 Miles

Josh & Andrew were last heard of trying to blag a plane in Exeter, however we haven't spoken to them, so maybe they are flying? - 247 Miles

Paolo & Joe managed to blag their way onto the Euro Star and are heading to Paris - 264 miles

Rhian and James were last heard of staying at the Imperial hotel in Newcastle - 304 miles

We have Dave and Chris currently on the ferry to Belfast from Liverpool - 326 miles

Matt & Rosie are sat on the coach to Aberdeen - 351 Miles

Suz and James have been riding a ski tours coach all night and have arrived in Abertville in the French Alps. Currently having breakfast on the side of a mountain. - 532

Seth and Rob, got into Paris late last night and now are on the train down to Toulouse a staggering - 624 miles

Dave and Chris just checked in, after spending the night on a coach to Manchester sat in front of a guy with no trousers on David slept on a car park floor. Now in Liverpool, heading towards the ferry to go to Ireland, potentially a game winning move.

Yet to hear from anyone else, will update when we have.

Dave and Chris are on a coach to Manchester.

Rosie and Matt are on a coach to Aberdeen.

All teams are kipping either on transport or in hostels.

All those left in HQ got cabin fever after 12 hours in the studio and decided to go home rather than sleep in the 24-hour IT lab.

Stu and Jake are on their way to Dover in a lift from their friend hoping to get a ferry across the channel.

Rhian and James are settled in a Hostel in Newcastle for the night. Hoping to continue North in the morning. 

David and Chris failed with the coaches at Victoria and are now trying to get to Liverpool.

Paulo and Joe are now in Dover trying to get across the channel.

Josh and Craig have found a lovely person that is paying their way to Calais. Once in Calais they have a lift to Antwerp where they are staying with a friend before traveling further. 

Rob and Seth are on a coach to Paris. 

Rosie and Matt are also in Victoria.

Josh and Andrew are at the airport in Exeter trying to get any flights they can.
